What this site is

INeedA is an online directory of local businesses in Spain. Listings come from two places: information published by businesses themselves, and business data drawn from public sources such as mapping services. Business owners can claim their listing and correct or complete it.

We are an intermediary. We do not carry out the services listed here, we do not take part in any agreement you reach with a business, and we do not act as their agent.

Using the site

By using INeedA you agree to this notice and to our terms of use. Use the site lawfully: do not attempt to disrupt it, do not extract its contents in bulk by automated means, and do not submit information you know to be false.

Detailed rules for accounts, listings and reviews are set out in the terms of use.

Content published by others

Listings, reviews and ratings are provided by users or derived from public sources. We check what is reported to us, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or current.

If something is wrong, out of date, or should not be here, report it from the listing page or write to hola@ineeda.es and we will look at it.

Intellectual property

The design, code, structure and compilation of this directory belong to Wayne Tomlinson. Text, photographs and other material submitted by businesses or reviewers remain theirs, and are published here with their permission.

You may link to any page on this site. You may not copy or reuse substantial parts of the directory without written permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site available and its information sound, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the services offered by the businesses listed, nor for any agreement you make with them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including liability to consumers.

Listings may link to a business's own website or social media. Those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Where you are a consumer, any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence in Spain, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
