These terms

These terms govern your use of INeedA, operated by Wayne Tomlinson. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hola@ineeda.es if you think someone else has access to it.

You must be at least 14 years old to register. Administrator accounts must use two-factor authentication.

Listing a business

You may claim or add a listing only for a business you own or are authorised to represent. The information you publish must be accurate, must describe a real business, and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may review, edit, refuse or remove a listing — for example where it is duplicated, misleading, or the claim cannot be verified. Where we remove a paid listing without cause on your part, we will refund the unused part of the period.

Reviews and ratings

Write about your own genuine experience. Do not post reviews of your own business or a competitor's, do not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review, and do not post anything unlawful, abusive or that identifies someone without cause.

We moderate reviews that are reported and may remove any that break these rules. A business owner can reply to a review but cannot have an honest one deleted.

How listings are ordered

Search results and category pages are ordered by a ranking that takes account of community votes, review scores, how complete a listing is and how recently it has been active.

A paid plan unlocks features — more photographs, contact links, statistics — and can affect placement through the promotion mechanics described on the pricing page. It does not buy a guaranteed position, and we do not sell top placement outright.

Paid plans

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions taken through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include IVA where it applies. A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-months except where the law requires it.

Invoices are issued to the billing details you provide, and are available in your dashboard.

Right of withdrawal

If you take a paid plan as a consumer rather than for your business, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to hola@ineeda.es.

Where you have asked for the plan to start immediately, and it has been fully provided within those 14 days, the right of withdrawal is lost — as set out in the Spanish consumer act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Most business listings are taken in a professional capacity, in which case this right does not apply.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, publishes false information, or is used to abuse other users or the site. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Our responsibility

We provide the directory with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular results, or the conduct of any business listed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new version.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence in Spain.
